Hi, I’m Selina. I help buyers and sellers across Manatee and Sarasota County understand their options and make informed decisions, one step at a time.

With a background in residential sales and real estate investing, I look at every home in two ways: how well it works for you today, and how well it can hold its value over time.

I was born and raised in Bradenton, and since 2014 I’ve helped clients buy and sell 300+ homes. I’m honored to be Sarasota Women in Business’s 2026 Woman of the Year and Manasota Honors' 2024 Realtor of the Year. I also mentor new agents and founded The Selina G. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
