Selina Griggs is a Florida Broker Associate and the founder and team leader of SG Global Group at eXp Realty, based in Bradenton. She specializes in Manatee and Sarasota County and helps people buy and sell homes across Florida, from affordable homes to luxury properties.

Hi, I’m Selina. I was born and raised in Bradenton, so this community is home. I started my first business in 2005, earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management with honors in 2013 and began my real estate career in 2014.

Since then I’ve helped clients buy and sell 300+ homes, and I’ve invested in real estate myself since 2017. So I look at every home two ways: how well it fits your life today, and how well it can hold its value over time.

    Selina is the incoming 2027 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Manatee. She has been active with the council and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee since 2015.

  • Mentor

    As an approved mentor at her brokerage, Selina coaches new agents. She also mentors teens who want to get into real estate and helps first-time buyers map out their path to homeownership.
